It is not possible to control all of these factors, but there are many factors that a person can change to promote healthy skin. We will look at some of them in the following sections.

- What to eat and sleep are critical, and getting enough quality sleep is even more crucial for our health. Without knowing it or realizing it, our mobile screen negatively affects our circadian rhythm, and there are not some of us who look at our mobiles just before bedtime.
- The photoreceptor is sensitive to blue light. Specifically, it is the blue light responsible for making it difficult for us to sleep or for children in the household who play with their mobiles or tablets before bedtime to suffer from hyperactivity because there is a gap in our eyes. And it can disrupt the production of melanin, the hormone responsible for our sleep cycles.
- The best advice is to use the Night Mode function (or Night Mode, as it is called in each model) because when activated, it is responsible for eliminating blue light on the screen. Unfortunately, screenshots taken from my OnePlus three don’t reflect this fact, so I can’t show how much the net has changed, but if you have this feature, you can see for yourself.
