Salmon is a fish ironic in omega-3 fatty acids. This nutrient is in charge of strengthening the follicles and stimulating hair growth.

There are educations that accept consuming these acids regularly for half a year. In this way, the telogen period is reduced, that is, the phase of falling of the hair follicles after the catagen.
